Womens Eco group Woodend

Now in its 2nd block of 10 sessions we would welcome inquiries towards joining this group. we work primarily outdoors but have the exclusive use of Ediths Place – the small specialised art making space off the Gallery here at Woodend . Designed for those moving on from 1-1 therapy it might actually be something you would be seeking, do contact us to inquire. We meet thursdays at 1.00.

Rise2Thrive Trailblazer

Rise2Thrive Trailblazer focuses on reducing inequalities supporting employment – moving forward from RISE2Thrive, we are intervention partners on this new project. If you are interested in this programme please speak to Rise2Thrive keyworkers at Beyond Housing, Carers Plus, Yorkshire In Business, Futureworks, Humankind, or contact Better Connect directly if you are economically inactive/ newly in work and could benefit from this project. We are hopeful that this well received project will continue well into 2026.

Creative Connections

Our group welcomes men and women connected to our local social action centre, The Rainbow Centre. We are delighted that the group will reach its second year in July 2026, and we hope it will continue long-term with your support.

1-1 Art Therapy

We welcome referrals for our 1-1 therapy service – we offer 1-1 art psychotherapy for a 10 week block. Please bear in mind there may be a short wait as our therapist can be much in demand. We acknowledge- and require – the ongoing support from key Trusts and Foundations to enable us to offer this service.
