Wonderful news this week as the D’oyly Carte Charitable Trust have kindly awarded us a one off grant of £3,500 to support the provision of art workshops and art therapy interventions in 2021 for young people adversely affected by isolation & restricted opportunities as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic.
In this unprecidented time, mental health support, creative opportunities and wellbeing support are needed in our communities more than ever. We are so pleased we are able to continiue providing this work and look forward to bringing you updates on the project next year. As a result we welcome people to get in touch to access this support for themselves or people they are working with.
We are closely monitoring national COVID19 Government guidelines as well as those set out by our governing bodies the Health and Care Professions Council and the British Association of Art Therapists. We are using risk assessments, COVID19 specific hygiene routines and social distancing, as well as providing a flexible approach to art therapy to continue to be as inclusive and accessible as possible. Please get in touch to find out how we may be able to support you.
